个人简介

Mr. Fan Xian was born in October 1954. He is the Vice President of the Shanghai Huayi Group, the General Secretary of the Communist Party and the Chairman of the Shanghai Tire & Rub-ber Group Limited Com-pany as well as the Chairman of the Shang-hai Soap Group.
　　Mr. Fan started his ca-reer in 1971 and in his spare time he continues to acquire learning. He studied Chemical Mechanics at the Uni-versity of Chemical Technology in East Chi-na (1974.7-1977.9) and he obtained his MBA degree in CEIBS (1996.4-1998.5). Currently, Mr Fan is studying for a PhD in economics at Fudan U niversity(2000-2003).
